Delivery Policy

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For both domestic and EU delivery, B.Organic shop offers it free of charge on orders above 150 EUR.
LOCAL DELIVERY Local delivery in Cyprus is performed by GAP AKIS EXPRESS. Deliveries might vary by city and day. We will contact you via text message/call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of the delivery.
IN-STORE PICKUP Free local pickup at Arch. Makariou III 227, Limassol 3105, Cyprus. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email with instructions when your order is ready.
Our in-store pickup hours are 11:00 – 13:00 on Wednesdays, or upon request via the phone (2 days before the collection): +357 99 865559 (WhatsApp). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We offer international shipping. Available countries for delivery can be checked at the checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BAMBINI ORGANIC LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Returns Policy
Looking to return or exchange your order? No problem, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. You can return your item for a different product or a refund to the original payment method. The expenses for sending the items back to us lie on the customer.
Please note that the product should be: - unused - with all the labels attached to their original place and having the original look - in its original packaging. As a GOTS-certified brand, we strictly adhere to its rules. The item might be returned only in the original packaging (which is considered as original condition). Organic items can get in contact only with the same organic packaging in order not to break the GOTS rules. That is why we can accept back only our packaging which is also certified (FSC or PEFC-certified paper).
